How do we find the accomodation Villa Doria from the harbour? Read More
It’s 10 minutes away (700 m) from you,If you arrived at the harbour, please go straight forward on the street “JI.Mojo” untill you see “JI.Seni”,after you saw “JI.Seni” go left and walk for 5 minutes until you see “Warung la Mexicana”,after “Warung la Mexicana”go right and then left until you see Villa Doria

Do we need a horse taxi (Cidomo) to get to our accomodation? Read More

Both accommodations are within a few minutes walk. However, the paths are partly sandy. Horse carts (Cidomos) are waiting at the harbour. The price to our accommodation is normally around Rp 150,000 for 2 people. Extra persons or heavy luggage can cost a surcharge. However, the price can depend on your negotiating skills. Before you pay the driver please make sure that you have arrived at the correct property. getting off pay Rp100,000.

Can we order a horse taxi (Cidomo) to pick us up at the harbour? Read More
Unfortunately, the island rules does not allowed to send you our preferred driver to the harbour. However, it is easy to find one if you arrive at day time.

Check-In is available from 12 pm (noon). Please note that check-out is at 10:30 am.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Read More
If you like to request an early check-in, normally we are not able to promise it. We try our best to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, but it always depends on the check-out time of the previous guests. Late check-out is subjected to availability and can mostly not be confirmed in advanced. However, you are welcome to drop or store your bags at any time free of charge.

Can I leave my luggage? Read More
Yes, you can drop your luggage. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Do you offer WIFI? Read More
A wireless internet connection is available throughout our accommodations.

We try to provide the best internet available. Please note that you plan to vacation on a small tropical island. There is no cable connection between Lombok and Gili Air. That means the quality can be limited in bad weather conditions. In the event of power outages on Lombok or Gili Air, the internet may also be temporarily unavailable. This affects all accommodation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All prices are quoted per room.

Are children allowed? Read More
For safety reasons, children can not be accommodated under 6 years. We do not have family rooms or connecting rooms. Please note that our rooms can only accommodate 2 persons each.

Are extra beds available? Read More
Our rooms can only accommodate 2 persons each. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the rooms.

Which payment method is available? Read More
We accept cash or credit card payments (VISA or MasterCard) on site. For pre-payments we accept credit card or bank transfer. For Paypal payments a fee of 10% will be charged.

Can you give me more informations about fast boat services? Read More
Fast boat tickets from Bali to Gili Air start at 250.000 IDR/way/person. Currently we are not able to book you fast boat tickets at a reasonable price from Bali to Gili Air. Tickets back to Bali can be purchased at Gili Air. Good boats are Bluewater Express or Gili Getaway. Both boats are more expensive. Please keep in mind that all operators offer an Indonesian service. It is advisable to put all your valuables in your hand luggage and protect electronic equipment from water.

Can you organize our airport pick up? Read More
If you like to take a flight to Lombok we can organize the airport transfer for you. The price for two person is 1.200.000 IDR. It is including a private car to Teluk Nara, a private speed boat to Gili Air and a horse cart to our accommodation. If you need a transfer from Gili Air to the airport our staff on site will be happy to assist you and explain you the different options. An advanced booking is not necessary.Please note we do not organize a transfer to Bali´s airport.
